I live in Lufkin and tonight around 8:45 I was coming from Freeport back home and my kids were starving from a three hour trip so we went through the drive through and when we pulled up to the window their was two white ladies ( one working the drive through window wearing sunglasses) and one black lady...you could see trash all over the floor and when she came to the window she said ' did you order so and so' and I said no ma'am that wasn't me and so she said ' damn it' and asked me what I did order so I told her and she said ok let me grab it, it's ready and so she handed me the food and I headed home...I ordered a burger, three orders of fries and two orders of nuggets and I got home and only had onion rings ( that I didn't order) one order of friends and a tiny little kids burger...pissed off isn't the word! I've tried calling and no one will answer the phone..they are probably smoking crack in the back! This is ridiculous and they all theee need to be fired!
An average Jack in the Box. An older building, but reasonably clean. Courteous service, prices and food on par with other locations. Dining room and restrooms due for a refreshing/remodel, but no glaring issues.
Poor service, order wrong, food sloppily prepared
Lady taking our order didn't understand English well. Wake for a #6 with a iced Mocha coffee. Got a #4 with a nasty iced caramel coffee, I was very disappointed considering the drink we paid for now gets thrown away. No ranch sauce for our nuggets and mixed up kids meals. Speak clearly and slowly if you go here.
Great place for a full plate of breakfast favorites for $4 and avoid cooking and messing up the kitchen
